Traffic circle

Midafternoon I was cycling the Victoria Park to Joe Ghiz park and the trail to Winsloe and then th road home.  The photo is where on the Upton road the government has started the work of putting a roundabout.
It was mostly sunny at 15 but with a cool north wind
