South Carolina day 6
Overcast with fog in morning, light showers at 75 in afternoon. I had breakfast at the Waffle house today. We start the drive for home tomorrow (Sunday) morning, 2,620 km to drive to get home. I expect to be home by Tuesday afternoon.

South Carolina day 4
Sunny with a high of 24. We drove a hour to Ward and seen peach farms. Late afternoon I was cycling for 15 km. In the evening watched the ball game.

South Carolina day 3
Tuesday was rain day as there was 2 inches of rain (with a temp of 60) during afternoon and evening. On Monday I rode with Ernie to Greenwood to pick up some tractor parts. It is clearing this morning and the forecast high is 77. No cycling yet.

South Carolina day 1
I arrived in Laurens SC Sunday around 2:00 with soft sun temp of 60 F. On Saturday I was driving in rain til noon, Saturday night we got a motel in Roanoke VA.

Airplanes
Sunny, overcast then rain with a high of 7. In Charlottetown first thing this morning for blood work then town tpwn office for meeting with planner. In the afternoon packed the car for trip to South Carolina, leaving Friday morning. So blog postings will be only text for a few days and there will be missed days. No cycling on Aspen, 6 km on EB.

Wellington
Mostly sunny at 10 with wind. This morning I drove to Summerside and then cycled to Wellington and back to Summerside logging 33 km. This was the last part of the trail that I haven't cycled this year. I attended at Island Trails meeting at 4:00 and town council meeting at 7:30. 10 km on EB

Leaves
Mostly sunny breaks at 10. After lunch I got my flu shot and had my annual check up. I still need the blood work to be done. This afternoon I used the lawn mower with the bagger to pick up leaves, it is like vacuuming the lawn. At a town public meeting this evening.

Morning sun
Sunny breaks with showers in the evening with a high of 10. This afternoon I got a ride with another Trail Officer (TO) to Ellerslie. We started cycling at 3:00 and cycled to O'Leary logging 27 km and arriving at 5:00 PM. It was 7:00 by the time I got home.

sunny breaks with showers all day at a high of 9. I was to Charlottetown Mall after lunch, mid afternoon my brother inlaw and his wife visited, then we all went to the Cornwall church supper for a roast beef dinner, very good. No cycling today.

A mixture of sun, clouds, rain and hail with a high temp of 4 and some wind as well.
I was in Charlottetown in morning and at a meeting at Town office in afternoon and a NR Embers meeting this evening. No cycling on Aspen but 10 km on EB.

Georgetown
Overcast with sunny breaks at 8, showers this evening. In morning I drove to Montague and picked 70 lb of apples at Maple Farms. I then cycled form Montague to Georgetown and back to Montague on the Confederation trail logging 35 km. Which puts me over the 5,000 Km for the season. I spent most of the evening selling tickets to a church supper.

Fall colours
Sunny at 11 with strong winds. This afternoon cycled from Brackley to Milton and back logging 25 km. Later in afternoon took a drive looking at the fall colours, Drove up Kinkora road to Brookvale, then out to DeSable, then took Argyle Shore road to St. Catherines and then across the new bridge to Dunedin and on to Charlottetown.

Sun in morning, cloudy then rain by 4:00 PM, heavy rain this evening, forecast is for 45-60 mm overnight. High temp was 14. In Charlottetown in morning, This afternoon I drove to Milton and then cycled from Milton to Hunter River and back to Milton on the trail logging 35 km and back home before the rain started. Radio club meeting this evening in Charlottetown.

Down East Cycling event day 3
Overcast til mid afternoon, then rain. High temp was 14. This morning I drove to Wood Islands, then cycled to Murray Harbour. Then at 11:00 AM I cycled back to Wood Islands leading the group of cyclists. I believe about 70 in today's ride. I logged 50 km for the day.

Down East event day 2
Sun with a few clouds at 15. I left for St Peters at 8:00 AM, left my car there and got a ride with TO's to Tracadie Cross and helped with getting the group ride ready. It started at 11:00 AM and today I was the sweep or the cyclists bringing up the rear. I cycled 37 km to St Peters and then brought two other cyclists back to Tracadie Cross with me and was home by 4:00 PM. I then had a couple of friends from South Carolina drop in for a visit this evening.

Down East Cycling event day 1
Mostly overcast with showers at 14. After lunch I mowed the lawn. At 2:30 I drove to Tracadie Cross with Aspen. I then Cycled to Winsloe and then cycled back to Tracadie Cross with the cyclists that were taking part in the Down East event. I logged 42 km.
