This evening I started cycling in Milton with two other Trail Officers and we cycled to Hazel Grove and then back to Milton logging 39 km.

I donated plasma this morning, it was the 300 donation that I have made to the Canadian Blood Services. Raining all at 24, no cycling, I will call it a rest day.

This afternoon I drove to St Peters and met another TO and we cycled east to Bear River and back to St Peters logging 36 km. Temp was around 28 with full sun and a light breeze.

This evening I started cycling near Wood Islands and cycled the trail to Murray Harbour. I logged 20 km on the trail for at total of 36 km for the day.

It was a warm day, around 29. This evening I went cycling around the town logging 20 km.

Town meeting in morning. This evening I cycled to the Charlottetown mall and then cycled to Rte 6 Bedford and back to the Sherwood road and then home logging 46 km. The was over 20 in the group this evening.

This morning I cycled around the town and stopped at the town office. This evening I cycled from Winsloe to Hunter River and back to Winsloe logging a total of 58 km.
The evening sun caused the colours to be light. The bridge is on the trail in Melville.

There were 14 taking part this evening in the ride. We started at the Sherwood road and rode on the trail west to the Colville road in Hampshire and rode back to the Sherwood road. I logged 29 km for the ride. It was cloudy at times but no rain here, some places not far away got 5-6 mm this morning, high temp was 27.
The group out for a ride this morning, as a group we when from Mount Stewart to Fanning Brook and back to Mount Stewart. I cycled out from Brackley and back to Brackley. I was on the trail for over five hours and logged 71 km.

Canada day was a busy day, pancake breakfast at 8:30, official town opening at 11:00. After lunch I cut the grass and went cycling for a hour, it started to rain and in the evening I watched the fire works from York Point. The high temp for the day was a cool 18
