This evening I cycled from St Peters to Souris and on the way back stopped in Fortune for a sandwich. One guy was touring with this bike, I could see using it in a parade, but to tour with it
These flowers were on the side of the trail near Five Houses, any body know what they are?
I had a flat tire this evening, replaced the tube and flat again when I got home, first flat this year.

North river
This photo taken from the bridge looking towards Charlottetown.
This evening I cycled to UPEI, started on trail and cycled to Suffolk and the back home logging 40 km. Unfortunately I had a spoke break on the rear wheel on chain side, so I will need to have it replaced tomorrow. Today was light showers in morning, cloudy in afternoon and sunny in evening with a high of 20.

Diabetes ride
Today I cycled with Steve B from Summerside to Charlottetown in support of JDRF. Distance was 70 km. Steve started in North Cape this morning and planning on getting to East point this evening. It was a hard ride as we had a head wind most of the time.
This evening I drove to Uigg and took part in the Amateur Radio field day.
It was cloudy and a cool 15.

Sunny with clouds, at one time it was 17 but by evening it was down to 11.
I cycled to Charlottetown for a 4:00 meeting, it lasted two hours. I then cycled home by taking the trail to Milton and the road from Milton, logging 29 km.

Robin
Can you spot the young robin in the leaves?
I was out cycling, Milton to Fredericton, about 48 km return.
The robin was near Hunter River. I cut the grass today and planted some more garden.
I think the temp got up to 18 but by the time I was getting back from cycling it was down to 10, almost too cool for shorts.

Emerald
The cyclists getting ready for the start of the Emerald to Kensington event
The was 85 registered for the first day of the event.
It was a nice sunny day at a cool 15 and a strong head wind of about 30-35 km/h. The wind sure felt good on the return trip with it on your back. The trip was 14 km one way, most of the cyclists completed the return trip.

DeBlois warehouse
On May 23 they started tearing down the warehouse.
Started working on the foundation around June 4
Almost all gone today. I was out cycling for a couple hours this afternoon.
Mostly sunny with strong wind, my guess is 40-50 km/h Temp was 15.
I went to visit a sister but no one home. She should be home tomorrow if she wants supper.

We usually have a snake around out house for the summer, this is the first that I have seen it this year. It was at our back step but I was able to pick it up and move it out of harms way when I was cutting the grass.
This photos were taken yesterday. Overcast and light drizzle today.
I was to O'Leary this evening for a meeting.

No photos as the blog is having problems with the upload.
I attended a trail meeting this morning and I cut the grass this afternoon. This evening in very light rain I cycled to the Charlottetown mall, then to Milton and back home.
