Hillsborough river as seen from the trail in the Scotchfort area.
Acres of cattails near the river.
We had puffy clouds again today with a high of 22.
I attended a trail meeting this afternoon and the evening I cycled from Brackley to Mount Stewart and back logging about 50 km.

Fallen tree
I was cycling with another TO this evening when we came to this tree on the trail. We were in the Kinkora area.
Bales of straw in a field in Albany, some nice clouds as well.
We cycled from Emerald to Borden and back, about 35 km for the trip, early this morning the wind was gusting in the 70-80 km/h range. Temp was in low twenty's.

Adam's parade.
The Stanley Cup was in Cornwall for the day, Adam McQuaid is a member of the Boston team.
They were lucky that the rain held off, there was a light shower during the parade but the heavy rain didn't start until around 3:00.
Some of the crowd that turned out to see Adam and the cup.
I cycled to Cornwall to take the photos, so I got a few km cycling today.
You probably can't see the difference but starting with the air show photos are with a new camera, I upgraded to a Canon A1200. So far today we got 15 mm of rain but the was not very strong.

Summerside Air show
The Snowbirds put on a great show. It was a great day for the show, light wind, sunny and 25.
This rocket powered truck claimed that it would go 350 mph. It was fast and made lots of smoke.
Busy day but no cycling. Breakfast meeting, then to Summerside, about 75 minutes of stop & go traffic to get into the parking lot at the show, got home at 6:30 and mowed the lawn.

St Peters bay
Late afternoon I was cycling between St Peters and Mount Stewart, this photo is about half way along the bay, my guess is the bay is 12-14 km long.
This is the end of the bay where it opens to the Gulf of St. Lawrence, with Greenwich on the right. Windy today 40 gusting to 50 km/h. It started to sprinkle rain as I finished the bike ride and has being raining all evening. Temp was 24.

Crow
This photo taken a few days ago of a crow in flight.
Taken the same day in the Freetown area, I believe it is part of a irrigation system.
Light rain and drizzle most of the day at 16. Another rest day as no cycling today but I donated plasma this evening. I caused a little excitement by having my arm start to bleed in the kitchen after the donation, so I was back on the cot for a few more minutes.

Cattails and apples
This part of thr trail is in Tracadie Cross, lots of cattails on the left.
There is lots of apple trees along the edge of the trail, the story is the passengers on the trains when eating apples, tossed the cores out the windows.
Mostly sunny with a high of 23. This evening I cycled from Brackley to Scotchfort and back. Also cut the grass, this is the second cut this week.

3 bridges
This is the Morell river bridge, it is the longest of the three bridges.
The next bridge is in Marie and I am thinking it is the smallest.
This is Midgell river bridge and is the newest as it was rebuilt last year.
I started cycling in St Peters and cycled to Mount Stewart, then cycled back to St Peters with a group of seven cyclists, round trip was 53 km.
It was misty in the morning but sunny in the afternoon at a high of 25.
