Princess Auto

 I was at the opening of Princess auto this morning.

Late afternoon I was cycling, there is a detour around the Sherwood road which puts you by the Airport.
The high for the day was 28. Some rain this evening

Monday ride

 There was 8 cyclists for the group ride this evening. We started at the Brackley commons and cycled to the 168 marker just west of the Loyalist road.

It was overcast with a temp of 16. It had rained all day until about 5:00 PM

Things are green

 A good crop of dandelions in this field near Hunter River.

A grain field in Hampshire. Today I cycled the trail from Milton to Fredericton and back.
Mostly sunny with some cloud with a temp of 16 and a light breeze.

Woods

I was using the lawn tractor to move some cinder blocks at the wood lot today. Then later in the day I mower the lawn. I did a little bit of cycling, to the Fire hall and around the subdivision, about 6 km.
Mostly overcast with a bit of rain in the morning, temp 10

Misty days

Yesterday evening I was Montague and cycled to Brunenell, Only three cyclists in the group, but not a nice evening with the misty rain.
I spend the day today working around home. Mostly in the shop but did plant a few trees this evening.

Ocean Echo

 Today I cycled from Kensington to Summerside, the ship Ocean Echo was coming to the wharf.

The CN engine is still parked on the siding in Kensington.
Mostly sunny with occasional shower with a high temp of 23.

Firefighters

 The city firefighters were having a practice with the pumper this evening.
I cycled to the Mall, then took the trail to Winsloe using the detour around the Sherwood road.

May flowers

 We had 8 in the group ride this evening, we start at Brackley commons.

 On the trail near the Union road.

We turned at the Suffolk road and Phil located some May flowers.
The temp was 13 but a bit cool with the wind.

Kensington

 Today I cycled from Breadalbane to Kensington turning back at the old train station.

A section of the trail west of Freetown. At the time I was cycling, the temp was around 18 with a SE wind of 20 km/h

Marsh Marigolds

 Marsh Marigolds located near Mount Stewart. Today I cycled from York to Mount Stewart and back.

 The Trailside Cafe is located in Mount Stewart.

I stopped at Vesseys Seeds in York and got the seeds for the garden.
A sunny day with a high of 19 with a light wind.

Vernon River

 I was cycled in the Vernon River area this evening. This field of grain is looking good.

 About 4 km west of Vernon River the trail splits for these large hemlocks.

There was six cyclists in the group.  Sunny with a light breeze with a high for the day of 19

Day Lillies

 I mowed the lawn for this first time today. A nice day with a high of 15.

The day lillies are showing lots of growth. I also tilled the garden again and had the car inspected.

York

This evening I cycled from Royalty Junction to Suffolk and back, about 23 km return.
A bit of light mist at times at a cool 6 and the wind gusting to 40 km/h.
At noon today it was gusting to 75 km/h and little light rain at times.

Clouds

 Yesterday we got 14 mm of rain and another 4 mm this afternoon.
But by 7:00 there are some breaks in the clouds.

Temperature was up to 13 today. The wind was light at 15 km from the south.
I was to Montague for the afternoon.

Breadalbane

 Today I cycled from North Wiltshire to Breadalbane and return. The playground is in Breadalbane next to the trail. Mostly sunny with a high of 17 and a light wind.

Cycling

Today I cycled to Victoria park, then across town on Euston street, Then to the bypass Hwy, then the road to Winsloe and the road home.
Sunny a 9 but a strong and cool NW wind.

Rhubarb

The rhubarb is looking good, soon will be pie time.
I was to the wood lot for the afternoon. Mostly overcast at 9 with a light breeze.

Brackley Commons

 There was only five in the group this evening, A temp of 6 with a wind gusting to 50km/h was the reason.

We started at the Brackley Commons and cycled to marker 168 west of the Loyalist road.

Hunter River

 To day I cycled from Milton to the bridge in Hunter River.  The gazebo is at the Dr. Kent Ellis park in Hunter River

It was a nice day, a mix of sun & cloud at 18, short sleeve weather.

Saturday post

 Happy times coming on May 31.
I cycled to Belvedere Ave, that Cycled the trail to Milton and back to the Lower Malpeque road.
I had to use the detour around the Sherwood road.

This photo is Coles creek looking north from the trail. The tide was high so the creek is bigger than normal.

Crow in tree

 Light rain all day so I went of a walk late in the afternoon. I saw a squirrel, a couple bluejays and a crow.
The crow was the one I got a photo off.

The town has put in new dugouts in the ball field, the chicken wire sides will not be much of a wind break.
The high temperature for the day was 5

Trail closed

 In the afternoon I took a walk in the woods, not much water in the creek. It rained in the morning but only 4 mm.

After supper I cycled to the mall, then tok the trail to Winsloe. no sign of the construction yet.
Overcast with a high temp of 5 and a light north wind.

Iona

Today I was cycling in the Uigg to Iona area, this photo is in Iona.
It was overcast at +8 with a light wind.

Tree down

 I was to the wood lot today. A large tree a the edge of the clearing had blown down partly on the road. So I spend some time tiding it up a bit.

It was overcast at 8 with a bit of a north wind..

Monday night cycling

There was 8 in the group this evening, very good for the first ride of the season.
A mostly cloudy day with a high temperature of 13 but it was down to 10 when I got home from cycling.

Yesterday

 Last week I was cycling in SC, trees in full leaf and the water was still. About 8:00 AM with a temp of 15.

 Yesterday I cycled to Belvedere Ave to Hampshire turning at marker 167.  I met over 20 other cyclists.
