Rain day

Rain, freezing rain and some snow mix with a low temp 0 and a high of 3. 15 km on EB.
I visited a neighbor in the morning, visited a sister in the afternoon and a town meeting in the evening.

North River

Photos taken from the bridge on the THC looking south towards the harbour.

The channel is ice free from the bridge right to the harbour, seems like it was only three weeks ago that it froze over.
Mostly cloudy with a few almost sunny breaks, low temp of 0 and a high of 6. 13 km on EB.
After lunch I went cycling for 90 minutes around town and logged 27 km. At 4:00 I started watching a hockey game, it was a nail biter in the last period but Canada won.

Snow melt

The snow has started melting along the trees.

Rain this morning and only clouds by mid afternoon. The low temp was 1 and a high of 4.
10 km on EB this morning and I was on the skis for a hour in the late afternoon.
This evening I attended at the Delta a retirement banquet hosted by the UPSE Union.

River ice

Mostly cloudy with strong easterly winds gusting at times to 70 km/h. Low temp was -1.5 and the high a 3.5. 10 km on EB this morning. After lunch I was out cycling around town, logged 20 km. Later in the afternoon I was out on the skis for a hour. I am now starting to watch the final game of the ladies curling, Canada is going for gold.

Sunny with a few cloudy periods, with easterly winds, low temp was -2.5 and the high was 5.
14 km on EB in morning, after lunch I went cycling around town and logged another 22 km. I attended a town meeting from 4:30 to 7:30 PM. When I got home I watched the last couple ends on the men's curling and now doing this post.

100 km

View of the Charlottetown harbour from York Point, Although still ice in the river, the harbour is open water.
Mostly sunny day with a high temp around 5. 14 km on EB early in the morning. At 10:00 I curled a game at the Cornwall curling club, that was two hours. At 3:00 I went cycling around town and logged 22 km which gives me 100 km for the year. Just finished watching the men's curling that went into the extra end.

Clouds

It was sunny when I left home, but then the clouds came.

A mixture of sun and cloud today with a low temp of 0 and a high of 7. 20 km on EB.
I was to the town office in morning. After lunch I was out on the bicycle around town and logged 22 km. After the women's curling was over I went out on the skis for a hour. This evening I attended the AGM at the church.
