More tractors

Not many Silver Kings on PEI, this one is older than I am.

Two nicely restored Fords, a 8N & 9N.

A nice line of David Brown's, although the 950 on the end of the line needs some work. I believe the tractor on the far end is International, not sure why it got in line.

Showers in morning, some sunny breaks in the high teens. Seems like I spend the day at the town office, I was there at noon, again for a meeting at 4:30 and a second meeting at 6:30.

Nice boat

This Yacht was docked at the Charlottetown harbour this afternoon.

This building is on the waterfront and is a restaurant. Can anyone tell me which restaurant?

Sunny at 21 and reasonable strong winds from the west. After lunch I cycled into Charlottetown and out the trail to the mall, then home on the highway. On the way in with the wind on my back I was clocking 58 km/h crossing the river. On the home with the wind in my face it was much slower, four gears slower than normal. After supper I cycled to the Terry Fox complex and back home logging 40 km for the day.

100 year old engine

12 old Massey's all painted up

This is the old 3 hp engine in the video, it runs well for a engine that is 101 years old.

sunny at 20 with winds 40-50 km/h. The tractor show was near Bonshaw. There was close to 100 old tractors and engines there.

Earl blows by

Leaves from the maples trees on the front lawn, the wind at first was from the east.

The wind was very gusty and made a mess of the Gladioluses.

I recorded 25 mm of rain and a temp of 21. I don't know the wind speed but for a couple of hours after lunch it was very gusty. No cycling today.

Earl's clouds

The evening sunset though the clouds as Earl approaches.

Playground in Breadalbane, a very nice playground for a small village.
Another hot day at 30. I mowed the lawn this morning, I believe I cut it every Friday for five weeks now. After lunch I drove to Hampshire, cycled from Hampshire to Breadalbane and back to Hampshire logging 50 km.

Plums

Another hot day at 31, 33 in Summerside. This morning I donated plasma. We were scheduled to due a TO ride but they canceled it, a wise move. This evening I picked two baskets of plums and gave them to a sister to make jam.

Farmer plowing

Hard to believe that the fall plowing is under way and it is only September 1.

We set a heat record today, sunny at 32. This morning I attend a news confederance on football in Cornwall. This afternoon I cycled from Royalty Junction to Mount Stewart and back logging 56 km. If I had realized that it was going to be so hot, I would have shorten the ride. I attended a Radio Club meeting this evening.
