Yesterday I cycled the same route again three times. Videos are of some of the side streets.
Temperature a little warmer but no sun and more wind so did,'t feel any warmer

Cycling TC highway

First day of cycling for 2019. Sunny at -10 with a light breeze. Only mostly dry pavement that I could find was the shoulder of the TransCanada highway between the North River roundabout and Cornwall Esso and a couple subdivisions.

Down trees

 I found three more trees down at the edge of a field today. I used the camp saw to take a few of the limbs off. Sunny at -14

Brunenell river

 Not all in the photo but there was seven in the group today, by the Garmin we went 2.9 km.
So far this year I have been on the snowshoes every day for at least 45 minutes.

Looking se from the bridge there are geese in the river. I was surprised on how little ice is on the river.

snow drifts

 I was on the snowshoes for a hour or more today. Snow starting to from drifts along the hedgerow.

More snowshoeing

 I was snowshoeing today, we had a few cm of fresh snow this morning. Sun was setting as I started for home. According to the Garmin watch I was on the snowshoes for 19 km this week.

Snowshoeing Jan 1

 Light snow falling when I went snowshoeing, about 15 cm of fresh snow. After the walk I cleared the driveway. I was out for almost two hours and logged 6,200 steps. Temp was -2 with light SW wind.
