Montague water front

 These photos taken Saturday at Montague, the yacht is rumored to cost over 30 million.
   
I mowed the front lawn , then attended a meeting. It rained all afternoon.
I was to Long Creek for cards this evening.

    That's a nice boat, for sure, but I am skeptical of the $30m price tag.
