55+ games




Overcast this morning, sunny at 24 in afternoon. I took part in the 10 km bicycle race in Cavendish as part on the 55+ games. I finished first by a few seconds. I then cycled the Homestead trail as well for a total of 24 km. 10 km on EB as well. Photos Gold medal, second place Phil with race official Judy and third place Doug. Interesting item is that all three of us are Trail Officers.

    Congrats to all of the TOs at the 55 plus games. Job well done. It is good to know that being a TO is a good way to keep in shape.
