North Wiltshire

New toilet installed on trail in the North Wiltshire area.
Today's question is what is the propose of the device shown in the close up below?
This will be a hard one.
This afternoon I took part in the Cenotaph parade in Cornwall with the firefighters.
Then in the evening I drove to Milton and cycled from Milton to Hunter River and back to Milton logging 35 km. The temp was 13 when I started cycling but down to 8 went I got back home.

    Hi Cocoa, I am not 100% sure on this one, but I think it is a governor that stops the feeder if the the threshing drum slows below a set level.
