It was raining when we started at 11:00 AM, These photos were taken near Montague after the rain had stopped and the trail dried out. Some of us tried using a rain poncho but I think we got just as wet. I known I had mud all the way up by back even with the poncho on. As you can see in the photo us decided to just strip down and go.
The poncho's looked different from the rear.I was the sweep or the one bringing up the rear so could not pass anyone. The trail was hard cycling were it had water laying on it. I was 3 hours and 50 minutes doing the 42 km. One of my slowest rides.
