Busy beavers

These photos were taken in the Breadalbane area on the Confederation Trail. The beavers have these three trees notched and ready to be felled.

You can see on this tree on the ground has notches where they are cutting it into three foot lengths . The stream and pond is just on the other side of the trail.
This is the beaver pond, hard to get a good photo because of the bushes.
Sunny breaks with clouds at a high of 8.
This afternoon with two other Trail Officers, we conducted a vehicle patrol Glen Valley to Portage.
