After three days on the road, arrived Thurday to 80f weather. I was cycling for thirty minutes yesterday but raining all day today with the temp in mid 50's f.

- I started cycling 15 years ago for the exercise. Motto: Slow and steady is the way to go. I now spend a lot of time on the trail as a volunteer. I like to travel as well, normally by car but for the long distances I will fly.
Roger copy on the update... It has been -5 C (or worse?) with windchill here lately... not very spring-like
