The Charlottetown is ice free other than for some ice pans floating near the shore.
The viewing stand from where I took photos of harbour, the snow really disappeared from the rain a couple days ago. Note the flag, a fair breeze blowing today.Overcast at +2 with the wind, I was cycling around Charlottetown this afternoon logging 32 km for the trip.
