Propane flare

I cycled to Charlottetown, just after crossing Allen St I could see this propane been burn off though the trees. I cycled to Winsloe and then onto home. I was out for a couple of hours.

 After lunch I spend a couple of hours bundling up tree branches for the spring pickup.
It was overcast at 3 with very little wind .
