Cycling Feb 28

I was out cycling the streets of Cornwall today. Cold but sunny, wind chill around -20.

My winter ride ready to go. It works fine as long I have bare pavement.

Local streets

I was cycling for a couple hours around Cornwall again today.
A nicer day with some sun, a temperature of -7 and a light wind.

B park

Today I was cycling for a couple hours just around Cornwall. Video is on the street in the Cornwall business park. It was sunny with a temperature of -7

Bike tracks

 I was cycling yesterday for a hour but decided it was too cold today for cycling. So went for a hour long walk in local woods using ice grippers. Someone was out with the snowshoes while the snow was still soft, about three days ago. Very good walking on the trail now and the guy with the fat tire bike was making use of it as well. Sunny at -12 with a wind chill of -24, yesterday the WC was only -20

Yesterday I was cycling for a couple hours. I ended the ride by cycling around Sunrise Cove.

Icy fields

I was cycling for 90 minutes today, just between North River and Cornwall on the TCH.
The outdoor rink at the Town hall is getting some use today.
Sunny at -8 with a light north wind.

TCH to Cornwall

Today I was cycling for a couple hours. On the TCH between the North River roundabout and John street in Cornwall. I finished up by doing a loop though the Sunrise Cove subdivision.
Overcast with a temperature of -3 with a light sw breeze.

Feb 12 cycling

Yesterday I was cycling for a couple hours, temp around -7 wind a light wind.
I cycled to the  mall, took the trail to Grafton street. Then cycled back to the bypass on the trail, then took the roads to Winsloe. I then made one trip on the new Hwy. 

Hiking Feb 11

 I was out walking for about 90 minutes, using the camp saw I took a few more branches off this down tree. I havn't been cycling since February 6. It has been cold and very windy. Just using the ice grippers on my boots for the last four days. Today temp -12 with wind gusting to 60km/h

Cycling local

Cycling east on the TransCanada Hwy, then on Keri drive and then on the York Point road.
No ice to worry about today. Mostly overcast at -6 with a NE wind giving a WC of -12

Getting bike ready

I have installed a new tire, cassette and chain on summer bike, also cleaned and lubed the idlers on the derailleur. So the back end is ready to go.
Video is February 2 cycling in Cornwall. Temperature was -12 with WC of -20 which is about my limit for cold.

Feb snowshoeing

 I was snowshoeing this afternoon for a hour. Looks like a coyote track across the ball field.

 My tracks at the edge of a field bear the creek.

At the plank bridge, only fresh track on it was the coyote.
Temperature was -8 with a light breeze

Cycling on January 30 on new highway not open to traffic.
There was a light snow shower at the time

Roma

 Yesterday I was snowshoeing with this group. A park called Roma in Brudenell
We were out for 90 minutes with a temp of -10
