Getting bike ready

I have installed a new tire, cassette and chain on summer bike, also cleaned and lubed the idlers on the derailleur. So the back end is ready to go.
Video is February 2 cycling in Cornwall. Temperature was -12 with WC of -20 which is about my limit for cold.
