
There seemed to be a gathering of coyotes at this spot in a field by the amount of tracks.

The close up shows that they were having lunch and all that was left is some white feathers, so I am not sure what kind of a bird it was.

This was a fair sized spruce tree that blew down in the recent wind storm.
It was -15 this morning, the high for the day was -7 but sunny with very light wind.
I was out on the snow shoes for a hour and then watched the skins curling at 2:00 and cheered Martin's team onto a win.

ReplyDeleteFrom what I've read, they are very similar, except the front paws are a shaped a bit different.
