Three waterways

Today I cycled over three waterways in the Milton area. The two creeks feed into the North River. The river where the trail crosses really just a creek at the point.

Cycling into York

This evening I cycled the trail to York and back, I had another volunteer with me. Temp +5 very windy, nw 30 gusting 50 km/h. the trail is in excellent condition as it was redone last fall.

First part taken on Sunday, the last was taken yesterday April 24. Today another rain day, temp +3
The group of cyclists appears to be a family outing.



 

Snow at the Junction

 Today I cycled the trail from Grafton street to Winsloe. The snow at Royalty Junction is almost gone, no problem cycle pass it.

April 19 cycling

I was out cycling for 90 minutes in the late afternoon. Did the trail from the Mall to Winsloe, I was on the Lower Malpeque road when I came to the traffic check. Temp was 15 but a strong west wind, gusting to 50 km/h.

Trail to York

I was cycling today and at Royalty junction I turned towards York, still a bit of snow there. But with the forecast of rain for the next 3-4 days that should clean up.

Charlottetown park

Today I cycled to Victoria park, then to Grafton street, then took the trail to Milton and the road home. Sunny with a temp of 11 and a light NW wind. I logged 40 km for the trip.

Trail April 12

Today I was cycling after supper, cycled the trail from the mall to royalty junction. Temp was +7 with a light breeze. I was cycling for 75 minutes and logged 22 km.

Yesterday I cycled the main trail to the Royalty road, then went south on the Royalty road.

To day I cycled the main from Joe Ghiz park to Royalty Junction, Still snow near the Junction. I met the sweeper on the paved trail near the North River bridge.

Friday I was cycling on the main trail near Winsloe, just checking how far before seeing snow.
It was about 300 meters nrear the fire training school.

UPEI Mall

Yesterday I was cycling on the trail between UPEI and the Charlottetown mall

 Today was a rain day so I had a walk to the business between showers.
