I started cycling 15 years ago for the exercise.
Motto: Slow and steady is the way to go.
I now spend a lot of time on the trail as a volunteer.
I like to travel as well, normally by car but for the long distances I will fly.
I cycled from O'Leary to Rosebank and to Portage, Work crew at Bloomfield repairing shelter, west of O'Leary a chap changing a tire and east of O'Leary a bush cutter which stopped cutting until I got by him.
Video of ride to Kensington, bridge is in Freetown, next is coming into
Kensington, farm dealer on right, truss manufacturing of left, then in front of the old station a girl
trying to walk the rail and doing very well
On Friday I cycled Kinkora to Borden and return. I feel I missed the heavy rain by about 10 minutes, I just caught the edge and cycled about 3 km in rain but the trail was wet with puddles the rest of the way to Kinkora
