Geese on trail

This evening I was cycling by the Mount Albion marsh when I saw this family of geese.
The adult geese were threatening me as I cycled past them.  I have heard that the gander can break your  arm with their wing, so I am thinking that if he had hit my leg I would had a big bruise to show for it.

4 bridges

Yesterday while I was cycling between Morell and Five Houses I crossed over four bridges. First one was a the head of St Peters bay, then Midgell, Marie and Morell. The Morell bridge is the longest bridge on the trail. In the days of train it was a swing bridge to allow ships to get to Morell

Hopefield

On July 4 I was cycling the trail from Hopefield to Murray Harbour. Very little other traffic and no long grades. It was about 16 km one way.
