Wood lot trail

This path / trail leads into the north end of the wood lot.

This bush is leafing out nicely, but I don't know what it is, anyone know?
Overcast with light sprinkle of rain every now and then, warm at 19. I was in wood lot for four hours.
Lobster church supper this evening.

Water fun

These flowers are at the Trinity United church in Charlottetown, I was picking up tickets for a lobster supper.
I was cycling for a couple hours in late afternoon, I got these photos of the man playing with his Skidoo at the North River bridge.
Mostly overcast at a high of 16, this evening I planted some garden and then went to cards in Warren Grove.

Monday evening ride

There was 15 cyclists for the ride this evening, we rode out to Suffolk, about 22 km return.

This part of the trail is in York, the poplar trees are leafing out.  We had a high of 17 today, a mixture of sun and clouds with showers. I was to the woodlot this afternoon.

Clouds

This afternoon I was cycling around Cornwall, this photo of the West River and clouds was taken at Primrose Point.
This photo taken at the same location, nice homes in this area. When I was cycling it was mostly sunny at 15 but then it clouded over in the evening, around 5:30 there was a few drops of rain.

Strawberries?

After lunch, I was cycling in the York area when I saw these blossoms along the size of the trail.

I am sure there are wild strawberries blossoms, I will watch to see if there are any berries.
I cut the grass this morning, which was a good move as I got catch in a shower on the way home from cycling, about the last 6 km, so all my cycling gear is on the drying rack.  Temp a cool 13.

Sunny day at 18

I was cycling in afternoon, this is the Ellen creek as seen from just off the North River road, Co-op ball diamond in the foreground.

This is the upper part of the North River at high tide, I was looking south from the Confederation trail.
I cycled to Charlottetown, then took the trail to Milton and then home logging 37 km for the trip.\
I did some yard work this evening and close to being ready for the spring compost pickup on Monday.

Planning on planting

A warm day at 15 and windy, 50 gusting to 70 km/h at times. Rain in morning, cleared after lunch and rain again this evening. I was to Vessey's Seeds to get my garden seeds.

I also had a look around the sales room, lots of power tools for yard and garden work.
No cycling today but looking better for tomorrow.
