Photo is farmers back field, snow was crusty and icy, The skis were hardy making a mark on the snow. The tank that you can see in the background is the town water reservoir.
I waxed the skis three times in the hour I was out but the icy conditions just cleaned it off.
GPS unit indicated I skied 5 km and 15 km on EB this morning.
Thanks for the comment you made on my blog! I'm very happy about getting my bike earlier than planned! Now I have to think of a name as cool as Aspen! Ha ha. I enjoy your blog too, the photos are great because it's helping me to get to know PEI more. If you have the time, would you mind blogging a bit about the overall weather in the province? I check the Charlottetown and Summerside weather daily, but I'd love to hear about the seasons from somebody who is actually living on the island.
