Sunny in morning, a few showers in afternoon, Low temp was 5 with a high of 13.
I attended a funeral in morning, I spend most the afternoon in shop and played cards in Hampshire this evening. I had the high score for the men. 10 km on EB.

Santa

Overcast with rain most of the day . Low temp was 5 with a high of 13. I was to town office in morning, also to shopping mall. To a wake of a friend in late afternoon and this evening to the Radio club Christmas dinner. Santa made a appearance after dinner. 10 km on EB as well.

Confederation trail

Overcast with showers in morning, clearing towards evening, low temp was 7, high 10.
I was to the church in morning, then helped brother-in-law with his tractor, electrical problems.
Cleaned up shop in afternoon and home this evening, no meetings. 10 km on EB.

bypass highway

Overcast with showers, temp low was 6, high for day was 12. 10 km on EB. I visited my sister in Winsloe. I was to Cornwall as well. Photo is of the intersection of Mount Edward road and the bypass highway, now seven lanes wide.

Hillsborough River

Mostly overcast with a few sunny breaks in afternoon, low temp 0, high 8. I drove to Mt Stewart, Cycled to Cardigan and back to Mt. Stewart logging 55 km. 10 km on EB as well.
I played cards in Warren Grove this evening, I was third high for men.

Eagle

Sunny with a low of -5 and and high of 5. I drove to Tignish with another TO and then patrolled the trail by vehicle to Miscouche. Town meeting this evening. 10 km on EB early morning.
Photos are of Eagles we saw in Springfield while driving on Rte 2 this morning, one flew away but the the other never left the tree.

Olympic Torch Run

Overcast with afternoon sunny breaks, low of -1 and a high of 7. 20 km/h wind out of the north.
This morning I was to Cornwall to see the Olympic Torch being carried though town. In the afternoon I took Aspen to Milton and cycled to the Clyde Road and back to Milton logging 42 km. Temp was down to 2 when I got back to Milton. 10 km on EB.

Bales

Overcast with a low of 6 and a high of 11. I was to the mall in the morning, visited my brother in afternoon and this evening played cards in Hampshire. I had high score for the men.

Blue berry fields

Sunny with a low of 0 and a high of 11 with light wind. This afternoon I drove to Mt Stewart and then cycled to St Peters and back to Mt Stewart logging 54 km. 10 km on EB as well.
Attended Island Trails award night this evening and received a certificate for cycling the complete trail this year.

Hunter River

Mostly sunny with a low of -4 and a high of 9. This morning I was into Highway Safety office to say hi to staff, visited with a sister on the way home. This afternoon I drove to Milton with Aspen, then cycled to Hunter River and back to Milton logging 35 km. I attended a Island trails board meeting at 4:00 and a town council meeting at 7:30. 10 km on EB in morning.
Photos were taken in Hunter River, first is the brook running under the trail, second is the trail bridge and the third is a foot bridge across the same brook.

Ball field

Mostly overcast with showers in morning, also windy in morning, low -2 and high 4.
12 km on EB, after lunch spend some time getting snow blower ready. Town committee meeting at 4:30 and this evening went to cards in Warren Grove

Overcast in morning, sun in afternoon, windy with a low of 4 and the high 14. Cycled to town office in afternoon and the trail by the business park logging 15 km. 14 km on EB in morning.

Grafton Street

Overcast with rain in afternoon, low was 5 and the high was 15. We stopped at craft fair and then drove to Montague and visited friends. 10 km on EB.

Morning frost

Sunny with cloudy periods with -2.5 this morning and a high of 10. I spend the morning helping brother. This afternoon I cycled from Brackley to Scotchfort and back to Brackley logging 42 km. I am still wearing shorts when cycling but it was cool today, I think it is time for pants.

Last of grapes

Sunny at high 10. I attended a funeral for a fellow ham (amateur radio) this morning. After lunch I spend a couple hours helping brother with a project. Friends in this evening for supper.
No cycling on Aspen, 10 km on EB.

Trail shelter

Sunny with a high of 9. This morning I had my Toyota inspected and delivered a fruit basket to the QEH. In afternoon I drove to North Wiltshire and then cycled to Glen Valley and back to North Wiltshire logging 35 km. 10 km on EB as well. Yesterday I cleaned off the garden and then went over it with the tiller so it is ready for the winter.

Trail photos

Mixture of sun and clouds with a low of -1.5 and a high of 9. I cycled around the town this morning logging 20 km. Doing yard work in afternoon and attended a retired firefighters meeting this evening. 10 km on EB as well.

Farmer plowing

Mostly sunny with a low of 3 and a high of 14 in last 24 hours. This morning I replaced a wheel bearing in my daughters car, then took it to a muffler shop for a new muffler. In the afternoon I drove to Milton and then cycled to Bedford and back to Milton logging 40 km. 10 km on EB as well. I plan on going to cards in Warren Grove this evening.
