This boat operator was enjoying the waters of the West River.

Some swimmers as well, I am guessing that the water is still cold.

I was at the bridge of the West River looking towards Charlottetown.
This afternoon I drove to DeSable for supper and came home by the south shore.
Mostly sunny with a high of 26 and windy, say 30 gusting to 45 km/h.
