Motto: Slow and steady is the way to go.
I now spend a lot of time on the trail as a volunteer.
I like to travel as well, normally by car but for the long distances I will fly.

but a strong wind, about 35 km/h with gusts to 45.
A straight section of trail towards Mount Stewart, unfortunately I had a head wind most of the way on the return trip. I was home about 20 minutes when the rain started. We need the rain but by supper time my gauge was only showing 4 mm.
