I started cycling 15 years ago for the exercise.
Motto: Slow and steady is the way to go.
I now spend a lot of time on the trail as a volunteer.
I like to travel as well, normally by car but for the long distances I will fly.
I cycled into Charlottetown and then took the trail west, there was a group of students picking garbage along the trail near the University.
I cycled west to marker 165 in Hampshire and turned at the Colville road and then cycled back to the Lower Malpeque road and took the road home.
The trail is in very good condition, I was cycling for about 2 1/2 hours.
A sunny day at 10 with a moderate wind from the east.
I attended a town hall meeting tonight on rezoning, always a hot button issue.
