I started cycling 15 years ago for the exercise.
Motto: Slow and steady is the way to go.
I now spend a lot of time on the trail as a volunteer.
I like to travel as well, normally by car but for the long distances I will fly.
I was on the Winter Trail for two hours this morning and walked 4.6 km, light snow at the time at -8
One for the bridges on the trail.
There is a log cabin where we had a rest, sign says no fires and no overnighting.
This photo taken from where the cabin is located, the river is quite wide here.
Heavy snow started at noon, already received 20 cm with more to come. Wind is 50 gusting to 70 km/h so a lot of drifting. I will be using the blower in the morning.
