I started cycling 15 years ago for the exercise.

I now spend a lot of time on the trail as a volunteer.
I like to travel as well, normally by car but for the long distances I will fly.
I was a volunteer at the ed Island relay race today in Brudenell. The runners started it off by running 7.5 km.
This bike has 4 inch tires on it, should be good for the beach or snow.
The second leg of the relay was road bikes, here the bracelet is being moved to the leg of the runner for the 3 leg of the race. The runners had 10 km to run in this leg. The 4 leg was trail biking for 20 km and the fifth leg is canoeing for 5 km. I cycled as the sweep for legs 1, 2 &4 logging 39 km for the day.
