I started cycling 15 years ago for the exercise.
Motto: Slow and steady is the way to go.
I now spend a lot of time on the trail as a volunteer.
I like to travel as well, normally by car but for the long distances I will fly.
These sail boats and a fishing boat are in the Charlottetown harbour.
This pleasure boat is in the North River north of the bridge.
This morning I cycled to Charlottetown, then to the Trail at the Joe Ghiz park and took the trail to Winsloe and then cycled the road home. We had rain in the afternoon with a temperature of 29 and a humdix of 39.
