I started cycling 15 years ago for the exercise.
Motto: Slow and steady is the way to go.
I now spend a lot of time on the trail as a volunteer.
I like to travel as well, normally by car but for the long distances I will fly.
Around 1:30 I went cycling, this is the North River at low tide.
A blue heron is checking the edge of the water for something to eat.
I cycling to Victoria park, then to the waterfront where this shovel was unloading crushed rock from a barge.
I then cycled the trail to Milton and the the road home logging 35 km.
Sunny at 29 and a moderate wind.
