I started cycling 15 years ago for the exercise.
Motto: Slow and steady is the way to go.
I now spend a lot of time on the trail as a volunteer.
I like to travel as well, normally by car but for the long distances I will fly.
Today a Cornwall group walked parts of the Dromore trail, about 4 km in total.
We found this garter snake enjoying the warmed of the sun.
Afterwards we had lunch at Kristies in Mount Stewart.
This evening I was cycling with the Sherwood group, it now starts at 4:30. We cycled to the Suffolk road and back. As I cycled from home I logged 37 km by the time I got home.
A sunny day with a high of 18.
